- We accept money orders, personal checks, Visa and MasterCard by phone and all payment forms with PayPal. We do NOT accept cashiers/bank checks. If paying by money order we recommend that you send payment second day priority mail with delivery confirmation, that way the envelope can be tracked. Do NOT send payment before calling us to confirm that the dragon you are interested in is still available. ( 570.462.2196 )
- All orders must be prepaid before shipping, therefore shipments paid by personal check will be delayed until the check has proven clear, usually 3-5 days.
- Orders are shipped via UPS Next Day Air or via USPS Express Mail – per your choice.
**We do not ship via Fed-Ex.
- We ship Monday-Wednesday via UPS.
- For UPS shipments, the shipping/boxing charge is quoted by UPS and the quote is added to your total order… There are no extra shipping charges for more than one animal ordered – the charge is per box shipped.
- We ship Monday – Thursday via USPS.
- For USPS shipments, there is a flat shipping/boxing charge of $25.00. Animals are shipped to your local post office. You will be notified upon its arrival and you will have the option to pick the package up. Again, there are no extra shipping charges for more than one animal ordered – the charge is per box shipped.
- There are times/places where guaranteed next day delivery is not available with either shipping company. If this occurs, we will still consider shipping and extend the live arrival guarantee depending on the circumstances.
